We do not sell subscriptions. Every order on this store is a one time purchase. Nothing renews, nothing repeats, and your payment method is never charged again after your order.
If you ever see a second charge from us, it is a mistake. Email helpcozyrobe@outlook.com and we will refund it in full.
Cancelling An Order
Email helpcozyrobe@outlook.com as soon as you can. If your order has not shipped yet we will cancel it and refund you the same day.
Once an order has shipped we cannot recall it, but you can still send it back. Our return and refund policy gives you thirty days from the day it arrives, and the Winter Guarantee covers the heating through to the thirty first of March.
